ISA Project --Floral dress show 2013-14

In the academic year 2013-2014, The Panbai International School applied  for the British Council International School Award.

With the encouragement and support of the Management, parents and our precious children of Panbai International School ,we successfully completed our ISA Projects . Various activities were conducted and coordinated by the ISA Coordinator,teachers and students of PanbaiInternational school.Following are some projects : we conducted during ISA program.

Flowers around the world

Computer viruses against Biological viruses

During our project "Festival around the world"  our students came across various countries festivals. They learned that few things are in common with festival across other countries,for example Chinese new year celebration is like how we celebrate Diwali in India. Because of this project school took initiative on which we could find how creative and imaginative are our  students as well as parents. They also was thrilled to be a part of the ISA project.

During our flowers project, we actually came to know that our kids are really creative to make some and teachers are also creative making wonderful teaching resources. They enjoyed doing it, some children came with the idea of making rongoli using flowers which was not in the lesson plan but we was amazed to see their imagination. Because of ISA program we could give our children  stress free environment which I feel now a days most of the kids are missing in school. One of the highlight was floral fancy dress where parents took initiative to prepare flower dress for their ward.

Successful program completion represented an excellent measure of personal flexibility in our tiny tots. 

We even enjoyed our "Festivals around the world" project. one of the pre primary child played as goddess Kali during durga puja showcase. She was looking like real goddess Kali which again I feel an achievement for a teacher as well as for a parents. We enjoyed colouring Easter eggs and preparing food for different festivals.Parents enjoyed different cuisine during the gathering where our children participated to show case different festivals. This kind of educative program every school should adopt.We are proud to say that with this type of program will create awareness toward fostering international understanding through collaborative projects with schools in other country under the Global School Partnership programme.
